On Saturday April 23rd join WHEALTH as we gather round the things we love the most; great company and exceptional food. Large communal tables will host a selection of small bites to start, followed by a 3 course meal that nurtures warm conversation and feeds the soul as well as the stomach.
Vegetarian/Vegan/GF options available – All Dietary Restrictions are accommodated, please make note when purchasing tickets
Nettles and Ricotta – sauted Nettles, pickled onion, homemade ricotta, lemon zest, whole grain toast
Shriracha Sticky Rice Balls – Tamarind Dip, Cilantro Chutney
French Breakfast Radish – herb butter, sea salt
Bacon and Date Jam – Blue Cheese, Caramelized Onions
1st Course –
Asparagus and Fava Beans – roasted asparagus, fava beans, pickled celery, watermelon radish, gremolata crouton
2nd Course –
Braised Short Rib – Spring Pea Risotto, Grilled Ramps, red wine braising reduction.
3rd Course –
Rhubarb Crisp – Cardamom Whip Cream, rhubarb ginger sauce,
